Practice Makes Progress with Meredith Miller
In this episode, I speak with Meredith Miller, my ABWA sister and behind-the-scenes rockstar of ATTACK Basketball Academy. ATTACK Basketball Academy is an organization where they focus on developmental, personal training, and group skills rather than wins and losses on the court. These are skills that they can carry with these kids both on and off the court. Through speaking truth wrapped in compassion and being 100% authentic, Meredith creates a safe space for open dialogue that allows her clients to co-create their unique path to success.
As someone who has constantly battled with feeling "less than" and now a mom of two, Meredith knows it's imperative for each family to be heard and valued. Since 2011, her business has created a true connection with tens of thousands of families, helping them achieve confidence and success both on and off the basketball court.
A recognized rockstar with her words in the business world, Meredith has contributed to the Pinecrest News, DeSoto BubbleLife, Dallas Voyage, GoSolo, and Canvas Rebel.
Meredith currently serves on the board her local league of the American Business Women’s Association as VP of Finance. She has been a member of the Association for 12 years and has held many leadership positions with both her local league and the area council. She was honored with the Woman of the Year award for both her local league (2012) and the Dallas Area Council of the American Business Women’s Association (2017). Meredith holds a BS in biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA Essentials certificate from Kansas University.
